Once design/sketch is approved there will be no complete redo

I need full or a down payment (on pieces of a large sum) to start art and the amount must be agreed upon by both parties

I am just a human being, there is only so much I can do. If you are concerned about your commission you will contact me in an understanding manner

If I am taking a while feel free to ask me for an update! But do not pressure me to "speed up" as I always put 110% into your commissions.

I have the right to refuse your commission

Do not trace or reuse the art I sell you!

Though I usually work on commissions on an As ordered basis there are some days where I want to add variety to my workload. I can't assure you your's will always be done next but I can assure you that It will be done within a timely manner.

 If i take a day to post personal art and create personal art I am allowed to. This is my job and I am allowed days off. Personal art helps me grow as an artist

I do not, in any circumstance unless I have a personal issue with the commissioner, issue a refund. Once you pay the work will be completed as soon as I can, refunds will not be available.

My wait times vary, I do my best to be speedy but I allow myself to go over deadlines unless you pay the 15% rush fee, I have 100% completion on rushed commissions. Tier threes cant be rushed.
